Built through ownership. Applied to your next investment.

Eric Giovannucci is a real estate investor, licensed Idaho agent, and principal of Renew Group. He began investing in 2013, progressing from wholesaling and VA-financed house hacking to live-in flips, redevelopment, and full-time real estate in 2021. That experience informs how he evaluates a property's potential, its risks, and the work required to create value.

His work spans flips, multifamily properties, investor representation, land development, best-use analysis, private capital, new construction, and historic-district redevelopment. He brings an operator's perspective to acquisition, financing, diligence, and execution, connecting the investment plan to the realities of the property.

Before real estate, Eric served for 13 years as an Army officer, paratrooper, and infantryman, including service during the Global War on Terror. His approach to leadership and decisions under pressure continues to shape the way he works with clients and partners. He also writes Renew Atlas research, drawing on public evidence and his experience in the Treasure Valley market.

Transaction-count and volume figures are Eric's cumulative professional record as reported and reviewed in July 2026; they are not predictions for a client or investment.
