Renew Real Estate Group (“Renew,” “we,” “us”) operates renewregroup.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

You are in control. You can contact us, correct your data, or unsubscribe at any time at eric@renewregroup.com.

• Form submissions. When you fill out any form on this site (seller intake, investor criteria, builder project, general contact, newsletter, insight feedback), we collect the fields you submit. That includes name, email, phone, and the content you provide.
• Technical data. Browser user-agent, IP address, referrer URL, and the page you submitted from. Stored alongside each submission so we can diagnose errors and block abuse.
• Usage analytics. When analytics are enabled in production, we collect anonymized pageview and event data through Vercel Analytics and PostHog. No personally identifying information is collected unless you submit it through a form.
• Cookies. Strictly necessary cookies for session state plus analytics cookies where enabled. No advertising cookies are set by this site today.

• To respond to your inquiry, route your criteria to our investor network, or represent your transaction.
• To send you transactional messages about active conversations with our team.
• To send you opt-in communications (insights digest, market updates) only if you have subscribed. You can unsubscribe any time.
• To improve the site through aggregated usage analytics.
• To comply with our legal obligations, including Idaho Real Estate Commission record-keeping requirements.

When you provide a mobile number through a form, you consent to receive transactional text messages from our team about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.

Marketing text messages (non-transactional broadcasts) are sent only to recipients who have separately opted in. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes.

• Renew team members and licensed agents. Form submissions route to the Renew CRM (app.reirg.com) where agents matched to your criteria can follow up.
• Service providers. Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (analytics), Vercel (hosting), Sentry (error monitoring). Each is bound by a data processing agreement limiting use to the service performed for us.
• Transaction parties. If you engage Renew on a specific transaction, we share information with the counter-party and their counsel as required by the transaction and Idaho real estate law.
• Legal compliance. We disclose data when legally required (subpoena, court order, IREC audit, or similar).

• Access. Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Correction. Request correction of any inaccurate information.
• Deletion. Request deletion of your data, subject to records we must retain for legal or regulatory reasons (Idaho real estate records retention, for example).
• Opt-out. Opt out of marketing at any time. Reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe on any email, or contact us directly.

Form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to serve you and to meet our legal record-keeping requirements. Transaction records are retained per Idaho Real Estate Commission rules (typically no less than three years from close). Analytics data is retained in an anonymized form per vendor defaults.

All traffic to renewregroup.com is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Form submissions are stored in an access-controlled Supabase database with Row-Level Security. Our CRM restricts access to authorized Renew team members using single-sign-on through Google Workspace.

This site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with an updated effective date and notify subscribers by email.
