Municipal planning records · August 2026 source review
Treasure Valley development tracker.
Follow selected planning applications across eight cities. Each record includes the municipal case, current stage, published quantities, hearing date when available, and direct source documents.
Compiled and reviewed by Eric Giovannucci · Public-record research, not an entitlement or construction forecast
Search by city, project, type, stage, or case number.
Quantities appear only when an official page or application packet states them. Missing values stay missing. Every card identifies what the record does not prove.

An official page publishes a future hearing date. Courtesy notices and dates can change.
Recommended approval
A recommending body acted, but the final decision-maker has not completed the case.
Continued
A hearing or decision was moved to a later date. The proposal remains unresolved.
Outcome pending
The case appeared on an agenda, but minutes, findings, or a signed decision were unavailable when checked.

The municipality lists an active application but has not posted a hearing date.

Coverage gaps
Where the public record is incomplete.
Star
Star's migrated Agenda Center returned no named planning records for the previous six months, and the planning page did not expose a current public case list. The city's new-business page begins at building-permit stage, so it is not used as a substitute for active land-use applications.
