Rachael Jayne is a Boise-based real estate agent focused on operations and acquisitions. Licensed in Idaho since 2018, she has worked across the Treasure Valley and beyond, from Ada and Canyon counties to Buhl and Council. Her work connects agents, homeowners, and investors through clear communication and dependable follow-through.
Her investing experience began in Nashville, where she owned and operated short-term rentals before continuing that work in Idaho. Property ownership gave her firsthand experience with the decisions and responsibilities that follow a purchase, a perspective she brings to clients and investment opportunities.
Before real estate, Rachael built a sports massage therapy business serving collegiate athletes, then moved into nursing with a specialty in critical care. Those roles taught her to manage complicated, fast-moving situations while keeping the person in front of her at the center of the work.
