RS Single-Family Residential District permits single-family detached dwellings, accessory dwelling units, and limited accessory uses subject to dimensional standards in Chapter 8.
RD Two-Family Residential District permits single-family and two-family (duplex) dwellings subject to dimensional standards in Chapter 10.
